Fiesta Salad

I'm so sorry, I promised I would put up the recipe from this very popular salad served at our Fiesta Crop. I I know a few of you were planning on taking this dish to some of the gatherings you're going to this holiday season, mmm easy and delicious!
1 can cut green beans 14oz
1 can kernel corn 12 oz
1 can sm. cob corn 12 oz
Chopped green pepper 1 cup
Sliced celery 1 cup
Sliced green onions 1/2 cup
Chopped pimento 2 tbsp

Granulated sugar 1/2 cup
Red wine vinegar 1/2 cup
Cooking oil 1/4 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Lemon Pepper Seasoning- Add sm. amounts at a time, to taste.

Measure first 7 ingredients into large bowl.

Combine sugar, vinegar, cooking oil, salt & pepper in small bowl. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetables. Toss to coat. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. In the morning pour off excess liquid, and season with Lemon Pepper Seasoning - to taste. Serves 10

Always use with adequate ventilation.
